ALL meat orders received on Friday to Sunday will only be processed on Monday for delivery. We cannot guarantee orders made on Thursday will be delivered before the weekend.

All our produce are dispatched frozen with frozen best before dates. We do not recommend that you refreeze them. Due to the weather conditions or a delayed courier service, it’s possible for it to thaw, so please keep that in mind when ordering large quantities. We also take every care to ensure products are sent in a good condition and packed securely, so it will be at the Company’s discretion whether, or not to replace damaged goods due to the courier’s negligence.
